    Sobre esta vaga

ABOUT VOCAID Vocaid is an AI voice interview platform. Candidates hold a real spoken interview with an AI interviewer that responds in the moment, scores the conversation, and returns structured feedback — in any of 10 languages. The same engine powers our B2B hiring product. We are early-stage and remote-first, and we run the company on our own product: the role you are reading about was posted, and will be screened, through Vocaid itself. THE ROLE This is our first go-to-market hire, and the job is not what "head of growth" usually means. We have already built the machine; what we do not have is someone to run it. Internally there is a growth application with seven working surfaces — studio, pipeline, distribution, insights, CRM and promos, inbound funnel, design system — sitting on roughly ninety services. It generates persona-voiced posts, images and video; it talks to six social platforms behind approval gates; it pulls Search Console, SERP positions and backlink data; it scores inbound leads into a CRM and runs drip campaigns; and it routes work to a fleet of agents that draft, critique and queue for review. So your day is briefing agents, judging what they produce, shipping the good half, and deciding what actually moved a number. Much of this runs today. Parts of it are built and quietly idle because nobody owns them — the answer-engine citation scoreboard has been frozen for weeks, and some cohort plumbing has never had real traffic through it. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it in week two. Two motions exist: • B2C — candidates paying for realistic spoken interview practice. Self-serve: content, SEO, social, funnel and conversion. • B2B — the same engine sold to teams who hire. Longer cycles, outbound, demos, first logos. We are not asking you to win both at once. Revenue is starting from zero, and your first real decision is which motion to prove first, with evidence. That choice is genuinely yours to make and defend. You would work directly with the founder. JOB REQUIREMENTS No years-of-experience bar. What we look for is evidence: • You have owned a funnel end to end — acquisition through to revenue — and can say which parts you actually moved and how you knew. • You write well enough that your copy ships. This is a writing job before it is anything else. • You are numerate in a way that ends in a decision, not a dashboard. We do not need more charts; we need someone who reads them and acts. • You are comfortable directing AI tooling rather than competing with it. Most of the output here starts as a generated draft, and the skill is briefing, judging and editing it — not typing it from scratch. • You have sold something, to someone, at least once. Even scrappily. • High agency: you find the broken thing and fix it unasked. We do not require a degree and we do not filter on where you worked. DESIRED None of these are required. Any one of them is interesting to us. • Early-stage experience where you were the first commercial hire. • SEO with real depth — technical, not just keywords — and an interest in how answer engines cite sources, which is where a lot of this is heading. • Lifecycle and drip email that earned its keep. • Design sense: you can take a rough sketch to something shippable, or direct generated creative until it stops looking generated. • CRM operations and lead scoring you actually configured yourself. • HR-tech, recruiting or careers-adjacent markets. • Comfort in a stealth company: building demand before there is much to point at publicly. HOW WE HIRE, AND YOUR DATA We use our own product in this hiring process. If you apply, your CV is parsed and scored automatically to produce a match score, and you may be invited to an AI-conducted interview that is recorded, transcribed and scored. That is an automated employment decision tool, and we tell you so up front rather than in the small print. A human reviews every decision that affects your application. Automated output informs that review; it does not replace it. You may ask for a human-only review, or ask what an automated score was based on, by writing to support@vocaid.ai — asking will not count against you. How the models are used, and what we do and do not claim for them, is set out at /ai-transparency. What we collect, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is at /privacy-policy. Where local law gives you further rights over automated decisions or your data, those rights apply and we will honour them. Vocaid hires on ability. We do not discriminate on race, colour, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, marital or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Tell us at support@vocaid.ai if you need an adjustment to any stage of this process, and we will arrange it. This posting is not an offer of employment and does not form a contract. Engagement type, jurisdiction and compensation are settled in writing before any offer.
