What this is
Vocaid Health is a new Vocaid property for people who track their health with wearables and are tired of the data living in seven separate apps. It brings your sleep, recovery and activity history into a single view: nightly breakdowns, trends across 7, 30 and 90 days, and the raw numbers behind them.
Alongside the dashboard sits an AI health assistant. It answers questions about your own history — why a rough week looked rough, what changed versus last month — using your actual data as context, not generic wellness advice.
It is new and in early access. The dashboards and assistant work today for the sources we have enabled; the roadmap below says plainly what is still being designed and what is only being assessed. Early users shape what this becomes.

Connect a wearable
Sign in with the provider you already use — Apple Health, Garmin, Health Connect, Oura, Whoop, Huawei or Xiaomi. We read sleep, recovery and activity data through their official APIs, with the scopes they grant and nothing more.

Every night becomes a clear record: sleep stages and efficiency, resting heart rate, HRV, recovery scores, and how they trend across weeks and months — in one dashboard instead of seven.

Ask your assistant
The AI assistant answers from your own history across every measure you have connected — it can walk through a rough week, put last night against a meal, compare periods, or suggest questions to bring to a professional. It does not diagnose and does not replace medical advice.

What flows in
Sleep is where most trackers stop. Connect what you already wear and use, and the dashboard reads far more than a nightly score — each group below is data your devices and apps already produce.
Sleep & recovery
Sleep stages and duration, time awake and efficiency, readiness and recovery level, overnight breathing and temperature trend — plus your device’s own score where it publishes one, shown as theirs rather than restated as ours.
Heart
Resting heart rate, heart rate through the day and during workouts, beat-to-beat variability as both RMSSD and SDNN, and breathing rate. Nocturnal resting heart rate is the one measure that lines up well across different brands, so it is the one we lean on when comparing.
Vitals
Blood pressure as systolic and diastolic readings from a cuff, blood oxygen from a ring or watch, and glucose with time-in-range and trend from a continuous glucose monitor. Each comes from the instrument that records it — Vocaid measures nothing itself; it reads what your own devices write.
Effort & activity
Strain and stress, calories split into burned, intake and net, workouts, steps, distance, elevation and floors climbed, pace and power — and VO2 max where your device estimates it. Swimming carries its own detail: laps, strokes and pool length. Calories are shown per device on purpose: vendors model them differently, and one blended number would imply a precision the sensors do not have.
Body
Weight, body fat, muscle, bone and lean mass, body water, hydration through the day, and cycle tracking where you record it — the slower-moving numbers that give the daily ones their context.
Food
Point your camera at a meal and it becomes calories and macros — protein, carbohydrates and fat — down to the micronutrients behind them: iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, the B vitamins. No weighing, no database search, no barcode hunt.
Which sources are switched on grows during early access, and not every device records every measure — a ring cannot take your blood pressure, and a cuff knows nothing about your sleep. The dashboard shows what your own devices actually recorded, and says where a number came from.
Seven sources, one dashboard
Ingestion runs through official provider APIs, so the list grows during early access as each source is switched on — the dashboard never blocks on the newest one.
One dimension no wearable can carry: food. Whatever you connect, meals come from the camera — a photo becomes calories and full macros, captured by Vocaid itself, never passed through by a band or a ring.
Your data, your call
You connect each source yourself, on the provider's own permission screen — Vocaid never asks for your wearable password. Disconnect any source whenever you want and we stop receiving its data; you can also withdraw access in the provider's own settings.
Your readings are yours to take with you. Export what has been collected, or delete your data and close the account, without writing to support first.
Sharing a view of your data with someone you choose — a trainer, a dietitian, a clinician, a study — is on the roadmap below, not in the product yet. When it arrives it will be scoped, time-limited and revocable, and we would rather say that plainly than imply it already works.

The graph data hub — an architecture assessment
Today, Vocaid's data lives in relational stores that are excellent at records but poor at relationships. As the platform spans careers, research, growth and now health, the questions worth asking become questions about connections: which wearable session produced which score, who granted which app access to what, and how a person's activity across verticals relates.
We are assessing a property-graph layer — Neo4j is the leading candidate — as a derived read model alongside the existing Postgres stores, not a replacement for them. Nodes would model people, devices, sessions, metrics, insights, consents and entities from every vertical; edges would model provenance (device → session → score → insight), consent lineage (who granted what to whom, and what was revoked), and cross-vertical relationships.
This is an assessment, not a shipped system. It is published here because the answer shapes what the health hub can honestly promise about data ownership and portability — and we would rather show the thinking than promise the conclusion.

You do. Your wearable history is stored where you can export it, and access by any feature or partner is consent-based — granted explicitly, revocable, and recorded so you can see who saw what.
Is this medical advice?
No. Vocaid Health is a wellness product: it organizes and explains your own data. The assistant will not diagnose, and anything that looks medical is a question to take to a professional.
What does it cost?
The basics are free during early access. Premium AI insights will be pay-per-use — card by default — with nothing charged while the property is this young.
